Tourists to Japan say the lack of trash cans in public areas, including train stations, is the biggest problem during their trip, according to a new government survey.
The Japan Tourism Agency said the issue was the top concern among 21.9 percent of more than 4,000 foreign tourists at the country's five major airports.
